Partial and Traditional Dentures

Finding the Right Denture Option for Your Needs.

We offer both Partial & Traditional Denture Solutions for our patients. If your oral health is not ideal for our implant solutions, partial or full dentures may be your best option.
Partial Dentures are great for those who still have some of their existing teeth and whose gums and remaining teeth are healthy.
Traditional Dentures or Full Dentures are exactly that! Full Dentures sit directly on your tissue and must be removed and cleaned as needed.
The main thing we want you to know is you have OPTIONS. Not knowing where to start is okay! We recommend getting started with a Complimentary Discovery Call and from there, we will schedule your Complimentary 3D Ultrasound!

Good Candidate for Partial Dentures

Partial dentures are designed to fill in a few missing teeth rather than the entire mouth. They are custom-designed dentures that fit between the remaining teeth and may use bridges or other techniques to stay secure. If you are missing part of your teeth and have good oral health, you may be a good candidate for partial dentures.

Good Candidate for Full Dentures

Health issues such as gum disease, bone loss, or injury can contribute to full teeth extraction and replacement. If your oral health is not ideal for restorative dentistry, full dentures may be your best option.

In either case, the implant will have an anchor for a permanent dental crown. The whole procedure involves two phases and usually takes about three to six months to complete. In the first phase, the implant will be surgically installed, and a temporary crown will be put in place while the jawbone and gum tissue heal. Once they are healed, your permanent crown will be created and adjusted to fit perfectly with the rest of your teeth and with your bite.

DENTURES vs. IMPLANTS

For patients with a number of missing teeth, dentures are preferred over dental implants. A single dental implant is often recommended for a tooth or two that needs to be extracted.

If you have good oral health, multiple implants may be recommended to complete an entire set of upper or lower teeth. If a patient does not have enough bone mass in the jaw to support implants, dentures are the best option.
